Return Eligibility

Items must be in unused and unopened condition to be eligible for return approval.

Returns must be authorized before being sent back. Please contact us first with your order number and details. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returned items must be received and inspected before a store credit, exchange, or refund is processed.

Store credits or exchanges may be offered on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation and the condition of the returned items.
Refund Guidelines

Refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for refunds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping fees and collected taxes are non-refundable.

If a return is received in non-eligible condition (used, damaged, or missing packaging), we may decline the refund or offer a partial store credit instead.
Shipping Protection and Damaged Orders
If you purchased shipping protection at checkout, we are happy to assist with replacements, store credit, or refunds for packages lost or damaged during transit.
If shipping protection was declined at checkout, Pump Peelz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they leave our facility.
In these cases, customers must file a claim directly with USPS: USPS Missing Mail Claim.
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days with photos. We’ll be happy to help guide you through the claims process if needed.
Shipping and Returns

International returns are accepted, but customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs forms or fees.

Exchange and Store Credit Requests
We understand that mistakes can happen! If you accidentally ordered the wrong design, quantity, or device type, or if you are unhappy with the appearance of your item due to normal printing variations, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a store credit or exchange.
Exchanges or store credits are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to approval. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition to qualify.
Please note:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges or store credit returns.

Minor variations in color, size, or design placement, which are normal in custom printing, do not qualify as defects. However, we may offer a store credit or exchange for eligible unused and unopened items.

Final sale items, Ultimate Patch Packs, Mystery Packs, customized items, discounted sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for exchange or store credit.

Product Images and Appearance
Our product images are digital renderings designed to showcase the design details clearly.
Due to differences in screen settings, the breathable nature of our newer patch materials, and the custom printing process, minor variations in color, size, or design placement are normal and expected.
Small differences are a natural part of custom-printed products and are not considered defects.
Dissatisfaction with appearance due to these variations does not qualify for a refund. In these cases, we may offer a store credit upon return of the unused and unopened item(s) within the standard 14-day return window.
Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Products
If you receive a defective or incorrect item (such as a manufacturing error, incorrect design, or product malfunction), or if an item is missing from your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package.
Please provide photos (if applicable) and a brief description of the issue.
We will gladly offer a refund, store credit, replacement, or send the missing item for confirmed issues.
