Because of this, orders require 7–10 business days for production before shipping begins.
Please note:
- Shipping time starts after production is complete.
- Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

- Includes USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail
- Comes with full tracking and delivery confirmation
- Faster and more secure than untracked mail
DOMESTIC SHIPPING (U.S.)
- Standard delivery times range from 3–10 business days after production
- Times may vary due to USPS or UPS volume, weather delays, or regional slowdowns
- Free U.S. shipping is available on qualifying orders (details shown at checkout)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide! 🌍
Shipping times vary greatly by country and customs processing.
Estimated delivery:
- 14–60 business days after production, depending on your location
- Customs fees, VAT, and import duties are the responsibility of the customer
Please note: Customs inspections or local postal delays may extend transit times.
ORDER TRACKING
- Tracking is provided only for orders purchased with tracked shipping
- Snail Mail options do not include tracking
- Once your order ships, a confirmation email will be sent with tracking (if applicable)

LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package leaves our facility, delivery scans and timelines are controlled by USPS or UPS.
IF YOU PURCHASED SHIPPING PROTECTION
We will happily assist with replacements, store credit, or refunds for lost or damaged shipments.
IF SHIPPING PROTECTION WAS DECLINED
Pump Peelz is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Customers must file a claim directly with USPS using this link:

RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES
Packages returned due to the following may be reshipped at the customer’s expense:
- incorrect or incomplete addresses
- refusal
- failed delivery attempts
- or unclaimed international package
Pump Peelz is not responsible for address errors entered at checkout.
