Shipping Policy
At Pump Peelz, each product is handmade to order and packed with care in our Pennsylvania warehouse. Because our products are custom printed and cut, we want to ensure you know what to expect with production and shipping. This policy outlines processing times, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and what to do if something goes wrong along the way.
🕒 Manufacturing & Processing Time
Please allow 7–10 full business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for us to manufacture your order before it ships. Orders placed on weekends or after business hours will begin processing the next business day. We strive to work faster than our standard processing timeline when possible.
Example: An order placed on Monday may ship between the following Wednesday and Friday.
During peak seasons, holidays, and sales, processing times may be slightly extended. As a small business, we work as quickly as possible, but turnaround times may vary depending on volume and product type.
If an inaccurate or incomplete address is provided at checkout, or if there are payment or verification issues, your order may be delayed. Please double-check your shipping and billing information prior to completing your order.
✉️ Shipping Methods
Snail Mail (USPS First Class Mail – No Tracking)
This low-cost option is available for domestic orders totaling $20 or less before taxes and shipping. It carries a flat rate of $2.95 and does not include tracking or insurance.
By selecting Snail Mail, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• Delivery times are not guaranteed
• Tracking updates are not available
• Pump Peelz is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdelivered packages shipped via this method
We strongly recommend selecting a tracked shipping method or adding shipping insurance at checkout for better protection.
USPS Ground Advantage (Tracked)
This is our most common and reliable shipping option, which includes tracking and delivery confirmation.
Expedited or Alternate Shipping Methods
In some cases, we may upgrade your shipment to USPS Priority Mail or use alternate carriers when available. These decisions are based on weight, location, and order fulfillment volume. You will receive tracking information via email if applicable. Please note: expedited shipping does not expedite or change production timelines provided above.

• Domestic orders over $40 qualify for free shipping
• International orders over $100 USD qualify for free shipping (up to $20 postage value)
No promo code is required to receive free shipping.
🌎 International Orders
International shipping times vary greatly depending on location and carrier. Please allow 14–60 business days for delivery. Customs processing may extend this window. We ship all international orders DDU (duties and taxes unpaid). Buyers are responsible for any applicable VAT, duties, or import fees imposed by their local customs authorities.
These charges are not collected by Pump Peelz and cannot be refunded. We recommend contacting your local customs office for estimated rates.
🧭 Delivery Expectations
Most packages are delivered to your mailbox, front door, parcel locker, or apartment office. If USPS deems the location unsafe, they may hold the package at your local post office or reschedule delivery.
We recommend shipping to a location where someone is available to receive the package when possible.
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we suggest:
• Checking around your property or porch
• Asking neighbors, roommates, or household members
• Visiting your local post office with your tracking number for GPS delivery confirmation
❗ If Your Package Is Lost, Delayed, or Misrouted
Once your package is in the hands of USPS, we have no control over delivery speed or routing. It’s common for packages to be delayed, rerouted, or temporarily stalled—especially during high-volume times. Most still arrive successfully.
If your package appears misrouted or hasn't updated in several days, we recommend:
• Submitting a Missing Mail Claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm
• Contacting USPS at 1-800-275-8777 or visiting your local post office
• Allowing up to 7–10 business days for packages to re-route
If USPS determines the package is unrecoverable, please email us at hello@pumppeelz.com with the following:
• Your Pump Peelz order number
• A USPS-issued case number from your Missing Mail claim
Once received, we may offer a one-time courtesy reprint of your order. This does not apply to orders placed using Snail Mail or with incorrect shipping addresses.
Pump Peelz does not offer refunds for packages marked as delivered, delayed by USPS, or lost in transit. However, we will do our best to assist in resolving the issue.
🏠 Address Errors
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for orders that are lost or delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to us due to a delivery issue, incorrect address, or missing apartment/unit number:
• We do not notify customers of returned packages
• It is the customer’s responsibility to contact us to arrange for reshipment
• The customer must confirm or update the shipping address
• The customer is responsible for paying the reshipment fee
Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
🪖 Military Mail
We do ship to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Orders are shipped via USPS and then routed through military distribution channels. Delivery can take 15–20 business days depending on the base location.
At checkout, choose “United States” as your country and select from the following states:
• Armed Forces America
• Armed Forces Europe
• Armed Forces Pacific
💸 Sales Tax
Pump Peelz collects sales tax on orders based on the applicable rate in your shipping location. These are mandated by state and local governments. We do not retain these funds—they are remitted to the proper authorities.
