Poor Shipping & Service

While the product I received seems to work well, I am very disappointed with my experience with this company and will not order from them again. The order shipped later and I was required to pay an additional shipping fee due to them sending my order using the wrong shipping method. I have attempted to contact the company to resolve the issue and they are not responding. Terrible first experience with this company.
