We want you to love your Peelz! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help and make the process simple and supportive. 💙
Return Eligibility

You have 14 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all pieces to be eligible.

All returns must be authorized before being sent back. Returns sent without approval may be delayed or declined.
Important Return Details

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified by our team.

Once your return is approved, it must be received within 30 days to remain eligible for a refund, store credit, or exchange.

Original shipping costs and taxes are non-refundable.

If a returned item arrives used, damaged, or incomplete, we may decline the refund or issue a partial store credit.
Refund Guidelines

Refunds apply to unused, approved returned items only and will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to appear on your statement.

Original shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.
Shipping Protection & Damaged Orders
If you purchased Shipping Protection, we will gladly assist with replacements, store credit, or refunds for lost or damaged packages.
If Shipping Protection was declined, Pump Peelz is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged once they leave our facility. For uninsured packages, USPS requires you to file a claim directly:

Exchanges & Store Credit
If you ordered the wrong device, design, or quantity — or aren’t happy with the appearance due to normal printing variation — contact us within 14 days.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping.

Exchanges and store credit are approved case-by-case.
Note: All Peelz products are custom printed. Small variations in color, size, or design placement are normal and not considered defects.
Incorrect, Defective, or Missing Items
If you receive the wrong item, a defective product, or something is missing:

Contact us within 14 days of delivery

Include photos (if applicable) and a brief description
Once confirmed, we’ll happily send a replacement, issue a store credit, or process a refund.
Order Cancellation Policy

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing hello@pumppeelz.com or using our website chat.

Because each item is custom made, orders move into production quickly.

After 24 hours, cancellations may only be eligible for a partial refund or store credit, depending on production status.

If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
