What’s the difference between tiers?
Each tier offers different levels of store credit, discounts, and perks. Pick the one that fits your needs best!
How do I use my store credit?
Your credit will be issued manually (within 48 hours) by a team member who will provide you with a custom code to use at checkout. It can be used on any Peelz product.
Do the discounts apply after my store credit is used?
Yes! Your unique VIP discount (10%, 15%, or 20%) will be issued for you to use on all orders once your store credit has been fully redeemed.
Can I get a refund for my membership? No, memberships are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your membership to someone else once during the year. Contact us at hello@pumppeelz.com to process the transfer.
When does my membership start?
Your membership starts immediately upon purchase and runs through December 31, 2025. All perks, including free shipping and discounts, are active right away.
When do I get my coupons?
Coupons are delivered quarterly via email (January, April, July, October) and can be used on any order.
What’s the special gift for Elite members?
Elite members will receive a premium bonus at renewal, such as a free bundle of patches or a gift card.
Can I upgrade my membership?
Yes! You can upgrade to a higher tier anytime during 2025 by paying the difference.
Can I purchase this as a gift?
Yes! During checkout, select the recipient you would like to hold the VIP membership status.
Are there any restrictions on the coupons?
Coupons can be used on any order but cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. They have an expiration date at the end of each quarter (e.g., March 31, June 30, etc.). They are non-transferrable to non-VIP members, if you do not use them.
What happens if I don’t use all my perks?
Unused store credit, coupons, and discounts will expire at the end of 2025, so be sure to take full advantage of your VIP membership during the year!
What’s the renewal process for 2026?

Our Story
We founded Pump Peelz in 2011 to help people with diabetes live with more confidence by turning insecurities associated with wearing a medical device into a form of individual self-expression.
Shortly after I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, I found myself getting frustrated trying to conceal my insulin pump. I knew there had to be a better way.
Together with Scott, my boyfriend at the time and now husband, we decided to try and make a difference by creating fun products that would help kids and young adults living with the disease.
PumpPeelz.com was born out of that mission.
Our Mission
The Pump Peelz product was created through online collaboration with the diabetes community. Our goal is to help empower people with diabetes to express themselves and be proud of their ability to manage the disease.
Our only hope is that one day we can move on from this business because of a cure or better treatment for everyone.

Emily is the creative force behind many of our unique designs, represents Pump Peelz at trade shows, and manages all of our marketing and content writing. Prior to launching Pump Peelz, she started her own professional photography business which she continues to operate today. Emily received her Bachelor of Science in Graphics and Multimedia from California University of Pennsylvania.
Scott Imblum
Co-Founder
Scott leads customer relations, business development, and sales. He is also the point person for questions about any of our products. Scott received a Bachelor of Music in Music Technology from Capital University and a Bachelor of Science in Commercial Music Technology from California University of Pennsylvania.
