Protect Your Peelz with Route
In the midst of the crazy times we are living in, we are sure you have all noticed that it is becoming increasingly more common for your packages to take a long time to arrive or end up lost in transit. As a small business, this has caused increased frustration for us as well while we try to get you your Peelz products. We have found that once a package becomes lost in transit, there is very little that we can do to help resolve the situation and we are having to refund and remake products daily due to postal mistakes. This is where Route comes in!
We have decided to now offer our customers a package protection solution called Route. Route allows you to track your package every step of the way with the added bonus of package protection should your package become damaged, lost, or stolen. At checkout on our shop, you will see that Route Package Protection is automatically added to your cart for a very small fee. We highly recommend that you leave Route in your cart, as opting out of package protection means that Peelz can not be held liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Once you have made your purchase with the added security of Route, we recommend that you download the Route app from the app store to help you better track your package and file a claim, request replacement, or request refund if it becomes necessary.
